Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge was gorgeous wearing Stella MacCartney neon blue dress and maxi necklace in an event 19 July at National Portrait Gallery.
Bellow is my own city look inspired on Stella MacCartney fashion designer. The color-pop neon tangerine of "Falabella tote collection" gives a perfect upgrade to a very modern style.
